Give yourself credit. You are doing a great job in one area of your life at least. Take more time to celebrate accomplishments. If you are needing applause, then you may be feeling unappreciated. Pat yourself on the back. Accomplishments take one step at a time. If there is a project you wish to do, get a start on it. A little bit goes a long way. Set a goal and your guides will see to it that you get to where you are wishing to go.
