You have natural confidence when you put the ego aside. Your higher self is showing that it is in charge while your conscious mind is shut down. The ego may be taking you over in your waking world and with this set aside, you would be more confident in many areas of your life. The inner self wants you to consciously take control of your conscious mind and shut it down when you are awake.
