Feeling held back by some life experience or because of someone. Not being able to get over the past. Not being hopeful about the future. Feeling deep anxiety or anger about a situation and maybe even the desire to throw that anger on someone or even get revenge. Negative feelings. Bullying, causing injury, victimizing, or being victimized.
