Your 3rd Chakra is just above your navel and is called the Solar Plexus Chakra. It is solar YELLOW. It represents your will power and drive. It is associated with the pancreas gland which produces insulin, giving us “Energy”, like the sun. It is here that we use energy to live and fulfill our most exciting real life dreams. Dominance, balance, Power and control, navel, digestive system (stomach, small bowels, colon) and liver are issues at this chakra level. Our self esteem, action taking and gut instincts are harboured here. Vitamin D absorption may also be connected to this chakra, as one of the best exercises to clear this chakra is sun exposure. The colour of this chakra is bright like a child would colour shining jewels and when it is healthy and bright, you may see a yellow glow around individuals like a body halo
