This year seems to have been about great cosmic paradigm shifts. This has, in turn, sent shock waves out into the airways and many of us have felt it. If you have been fired up, and feeling exposed and powerless, chances are that you are not alone. This has all been a wake-up call to get our attention, so that we will begin steering the wheel of our own life. What do you need to do to turn these shifts into positive experiences? Meditate, pray, walk, eat better, read a self-help book, etc. Do what is needed to find balance.
