You can cancel your membership at anytime.
If it says that your email address is already in use, that means that you already had subscribed before in OpenUpWide. In this case, you need to login first, and then you can RENEW / UPDATE your membership level or use your COUPON CODE. If you don’t remember your password you can get a new one, just click on Lost Password.
If you listen to the content in MP3 format, you can turn off the screen and still listen. There is no MP3 content on the home page. If you click on the content button or three lines on the phone, you will see a menu with all the sections. Under each section, at the end, you will find the MP3 section.
