The Chakra System refers to the energy centers in your body. Their function is to help you stay aligned and harmonized. The chakras need to stay open and steady to avoid physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues.

Often called the “seven doors to higher consciousness,” understanding the main chakra system is vitally important for those on the path of raising their vibration. There are ways to open and heal the chakras, but first it’s important to know which ones are blocked. This course will get into the roles that chakras play in the flow of energy in your body and how to keep them running smoothly and easily.

A balanced energy field allows you the freedom to connect with your true nature. Get to know some easy techniques to keep them open and promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
