The adult aspect of you, or the mature and wise parts of yourself. The part of you that knows better than you did as a teen or as a child. The controlled part of you that feels that it has authority over your life. The part of you that allows the inner child aspect of you to feel safe and secure. It is time to view life from a higher perspective and to find meaning and purpose in all that has happened in life. Things that made you the wiser soul that you are today.
