  1. I love to start my day with the ‘Morning Meditation’. It is so gentle and it connects me right away with my higherself. At night the ‘Evening Meditation’, sets the tone to help me settle my mind for a great night’s sleep.

  2. These meditations are so soothing and just what I needed to calm my mind. I noticed my sensitivity levels are better now that I started listening to them. Big Hugs!

  3. I was feeling very agitated on the day before the full moon and I couldn’t calm myself to do my regular quiet meditation. I came into Open Up Wide looking for something that would help and I found it in the full moon meditation. My energy has shifted and I feel much more calm, focused and uplifted. Thank you!
