The mental mind may need time to cool off from being angry about something that someone did. You may have fears that you were the one who did wrong, and you are feeling that you are in ‘hot water’. This could be as simple as recent changes that you are a bit unsure about and you feel scared or embarrassed about not yet being able to manage them or to integrate them into your life.
