A quick shift or transformation. This could be a forced change if not wanting to take the injection. Feeling guilted into getting it is interference with the etheric body, and possibly altering or tearing the auric field. A willingness to get the injection is about being prepared to create new conditions within yourself which will help you to progress, heal or protect.
