As humans, we often seek out what is fun, what numbs us, and we ignore the fact that we have to grow up. We wait until some tough experience happens before we search for meaning and purpose. That poses a big problem. Because we get stuck in who we were and not who we are today!

For those who are listening and suffering through life’s challenges and trying to get past your loops. Know that I am feeling you. I get it. When we go through trauma, afterward, we often do things to make us numb. This might mean hiding away. For others, it’s substance abuse. Some overeat. Some fight, some take flight.
