Mediumship – Sending Spirits to the Light

In this compassionate and grounding class, Sending Spirits to the Light, participants will learn gentle, respectful techniques for helping lingering spiritual energies transition peacefully. Rooted in a blend of intuitive awareness, energetic protection, and guided intention, this class offers a supportive space to explore the concept of spirit release work without fear or overwhelm.

Students will be introduced to the nature of earthbound energies, why some spirits may remain attached to places or people, and how to recognize subtle signs of their presence. Emphasis is placed on maintaining personal sovereignty, emotional balance, and ethical responsibility throughout the process.

Through guided exercises, visualization practices, and protective grounding methods, participants will develop the confidence to assist spirits in finding resolution and moving toward the light. The class also incorporates elements of meditation, energy clearing, and spiritual discernment, ensuring a holistic and safe approach.
